The Journey with IRONBOX Breakfast Stop: Why the Junkyard?

Hello everyone, my name is Hector, also known as Mr. IRONOX, and I would like to share the story of how IRONBOX Breakfast Stop came to life. Back in 2022, I was searching for a location in Raleigh, North Carolina, to launch my one-of-a-kind breakfast concept. My vision was to create a local breakfast spot that wasn't a food truck but didn't require a brick-and-mortar location. I aimed to offer a small breakfast menu for people on-the-go and always be available in the same spot, just like a brick-and-mortar business.

However, despite my best efforts, I couldn't find a suitable location in Raleigh. That's when I decided to switch gears from my original plan and establish my business in an unconventional area. That's how IRONBOX Breakfast Stop came to be, situated on a lot shared with a junkyard.

Creating the kind of atmosphere I want for my customers has been a significant challenge. As I work to establish IRONBOX Breakfast Stop on a lot shared with a junkyard, I remain determined to bring my vision to life. My goal is to provide a family-friendly ambiance with seating areas where anyone can relax and enjoy a peaceful moment in a unique and memorable setting. I am currently in the process of enhancing the neglected junkyard's atmosphere to create a distinctive vibe. As the weather gets warmer, we plan to have our outdoor seating area available for our guests to enjoy.
